Frequently asked questions about full-page capture and device emulation.
Q. How do I capture the entire scrollable page as one long image?
Enable "Full Page Capture" in the form. The engine scrolls the page automatically, captures each viewport segment, and stitches them into a single high-resolution long screenshot. Works with most responsive and lazy-loading layouts when combined with an appropriate delay.
Q. Can I simulate and screenshot how a site looks on iPhone or Android?
Yes. Use the platform selector to choose iOS or Android. The engine applies the matching viewport size and User-Agent so the page renders as on a real device. You can then capture in portrait or landscape and optionally use full-page mode for long scrolls.
Q. Dynamic content or lazy-loaded images don’t appear in my screenshot. What can I do?
Increase the "Capture Delay" (e.g. 5–8 seconds). This gives the page time to run JavaScript, load images, and finish animations before the capture runs. For heavily dynamic pages, a longer delay plus full-page scroll often yields a complete result.
Q. Can I capture at higher resolutions like 4K or 6K?
Yes. The resolution dropdown offers options from 1080p up to 4K and higher depending on the selected platform. Choose the resolution that matches your needs; higher values produce larger images and may take longer to capture and process.
